People are constantly worrying about something and driving themselves crazy over anything bad that happens. But what has to be understood is that spending so much energy on negative thoughts and feelings will only make you feel worse and worse. Life is way too short to hold onto negative things. The sooner you realize you don’t need to hang on to the bad, the sooner you let go of it and move on feeling happier than you ever have. If people would just stop to breath and take in everything good then there would be a lot less depressed people out there.. Once you open your eyes to this, you wont want to waste another moment worrying, because life is way too short and awesome to waste it on negativity.
Don’t you just love when you finally let someone go and officially move on with your life they decide to give you a call for no good reason. Catching you off guard, you’re stunned and don’t know how to react. Even though secretly you’re really happy they called and you want to say “I love you and im so happy you called!! hearing your voice is amazing and i want to talk to you all day and see how you’re doing…” TOO BAD YOU CANT DO THAT AND YOU HAVE TO ACT LIKE A TOTAL BITCH BECAUSE YOU’RE TRYING TO MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE AND YOU CANT ACT THE WAY YOU WANT TO AND TELL THEM HOW YOU REALLY FEEL BECAUSE IT WILL THE DEFEAT THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF MOVING ON.. Ugh.. I hate this so much.. Hearing his voice totally fucked me up, I’ve been out of sorts all day and I’m so confused. I know were meant to be but we cant be together. THIS SUCKS ASS!!! FML
